Medical Reception, Part Time

We are a busy Dermatology Office in Brenham and are looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist. The successful candidate will be able to answer phones, assist our patients, check patients out, and make follow-up appointments. This shift is 8:00 to 1:00, Monday-Thursdays and every other Friday.

Must be friendly, be able to multitask, work well with others, have experience working with PC's to schedule patients, multiline phone systems and have excellent attendance. Prior insurance verification and medical front desk experience a plus, but not required.

Some of the duties include: scheduling patient appointments, checking-in/out, verifying insurance benefits, scanning and updating patient information and paperwork, verifying patient appointments, greeting patients and working on daily schedule.

Pay depends on experience. This is an awesome team and exceptional working environment!

Monday-Thursday 8:00 A.m. to 1:00 P.m. and Rotating Fridays 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Schedule flexibility is a positive as some day may have to fill in all day when short staffed.

This position has the possibility of becoming full time in the future.

Pay: From $14.50 per hour
