MOBILITY MANAGER

Development Specialist

The HRDC is committed to reactivate our Headwaters Regional Transportation Coordinating Council (HRTCC). The HRTCC will work through tasks identified by Minnesota Council on Transportation Access and the Region 2 Local Human Service Coordination Plan.

The primary goal of the Mobility Manager is to improve access to transportation by building relationships and developing creative solutions to enhance mobility. This person in this position will establish relationships within the Region in order to implement creative strategies designed to support the increase mobility and improve the places where people want to live and work. The Mobility Management position activities may include: completing program requirements of MnDOT RTCC agreements, program development and management, development and execution of annual workplans, budgeting, grant writing and reporting, co-facilitation of stakeholder meetings, attending meetings representing the HRTCC, and leading completion of the HRTCC work. This position will also include working with HRDC staff team on special projects in addition to the described HRTCC duties.

Headwater Regional Development Commission is committed to removing transportation barriers in our communities. The chosen individual must be passionate about creating successful communities in our five county Region. The starting salary is expected to be $47,000 per year plus excellent benefits.
