Job Description:
This is a full-time position and must be located in Seattle, WA or surrounding areas. The hourly rate for this position is $20 per hour.
The National Team coordinates IME and Peer Review Services for the MCN Division of Enlyte across all 50 states and Puerto Rico. The National Administrative Assistant is a problem-solving individual who utilizes their keen attention to detail and communication skills.
In this role you will:
- Provide administrative support for tasks such as data entry, mailing, and responding to emails
- Act as a liaison for communications between providers, claimants and clients
- Review incoming requests for completeness of materials required to conduct the service
- Making phone calls to claimants and providers to confirm appointment times
- Enter relevant and accurate data into the software system
- Bachelor's Degree or 0-2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or scheduling environment
- Experience using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
