Enerlites, Inc. is an innovative designer and manufacturer of lighting controls and wiring devices. As an engineering and design company we focus on developing wiring devices, lighting controls, USB charger receptacles, advanced motion sensors for energy savings and power consumption controls, to streamline USB floor boxes for residential, commercial, industrial and healthcare facilities.
Our headquarter is in Irvine, California. We serve electrical and MRO distributors nationally through a networking of independent sales representatives
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales agency network to achieve corporate objectives
- Develop, support, and execute agency plans
- Review agencies on a regular basis
- Work with agencies and marketing to develop plans for account penetration and account acquisition.
- Meets regional sales target by using forecasting skills; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Establish agency sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
- identify product development opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; soliciting customer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
- Implement trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
· Analyze sales performance monthly and share insights with sales agencies, marketing and management.
· Facilitate product training to ensure a product-literate sales organization.
· Identify opportunities, and strategies, to develop end-user demand generation initiatives.
Requirements:
· Sales experiences in electrical industry is a must and specialized in wiring devices and lighting control is desired
· 20%-30% of travel is expected to support sales agents
· Excellent presentation and communication skills, strong organization skill and self-motivated
· Able to work with minimum supervision, team player and goal oriented
· This is a hybrid / office role
