Complete Auto & Truck Parts, Inc. is a small business in Flint, MI. We are a professional towing & recovery business and a modern salvage yard. We have been in business for over 35 years. We provide towing and recovery services to the entire Genesee County and the surrounding areas. Our parts department uses our computerized inventory system to sell used auto parts all across the state and to several other states.

We're looking for an office administrator that can do administrative work and be a valuable member of an energetic and motivated team. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing calendars, reconciling deposits, HR paperwork, and handling correspondence. The right candidate will have strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with other team members. Knowledge and ability to use the Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel is vital. Previous general office or bookkeeping experience is necessary along with ability to think on the spot and adapt. Occasionally it will be necessary to do the banking deposits and take them to the bank, so a clean driving record is needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
