Our HVAC company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Administrator to join our team. We are looking for someone who has a strong background in QuickBooks, accounting, and office administration, as well as excellent phone skills and customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Process payroll
  • Arrange meetings
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Assist with scheduling and dispatching technicians
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration and QuickBooks
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles
  • Excellent phone skills and customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
