The Assoc. Ops. Sup. Analyst is an entry level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Assoc. Ops. Sup. Analyst serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the input accuracy, quality and timeliness of maintenance and research requests submitted by Customer Service Representatives, Relationship Associates and Relationship Managers in North America.
• Perform pre-screening of requests to ensure they are properly authorized, complete, consistent, and meets all Bank and Global policies governing Accounts including CIP, CitiKYC, and Compliance policies including documentation review and comparative analysis, prior to performing any system updates.
• Upon completing the update/processing in the source system, ensure that all downstream systems are aligned with the updated information. If any defects are identified with the request submission, the Analyst will work with the submitter to resolve, and provide guidance on the proper submission process.
• Correct any quality issues identified in a post-processing quality control and quality assurance processes.
• Track and report their activities and meet quality and productivity standards.
• Participate in periodic discussions to improve both quality and productivity.
• Expectation to participate in systems acceptance testing as needed.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Business Banking, Citi Commercial Banking Products and Services.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Business Entity Types and Beneficial Ownership, and Factiva Searches.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
