ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated and objective oriented individual who will support business development and marketing operations. This role will be directly responsible for supporting the day-to-day Marketing operations of our organization. We are seeking a driven individual who will is looking to grow and have a can-do attitude. We are results driven team and placing accountability and strong work ethic at the center of what we do. This is a fast-pace role with high visibility.

This role is responsible for analyzing data and leading the execution of marketing campaigns using various channels such as: direct mail, email, and targeted phone campaigns. Role is designed for someone who will actively support and look to lead our Marketing efforts which are critical in new customer acquisition. The individual will be responsible for pulling large prospect lists and refining to targeted business opportunities, and be responsible for achieving high performance marketing campaigns. The candidate is expected to be able to operate independently, possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel, be comfortable extracting data from databases. This role is intended for a high energy, detail oriented, and deadline driven individual looking to make a difference from day one. Marketing campaigns are time sensitive, therefore candidate must have demonstrated experience managing multiple competing deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead daily operations related to rospect and customer marketing campaigns such as direct mail and phone call campaigns.
• Lead research and customer outreach marketing campaigns by scrubbing data and creating targeted lists which you will use to create mail merge, print, and mail to prospects.
• Lead data entry initiatives, respond to company emails and phone.
• Must have experience creating and the mail out of flyers and letters by use of mail merge, and combing reports to create mail merges from spreadsheets
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to use CRM to track customer outreach responses
• Experience in Canva or photoshop and be directly involved with designing and creating marketing collateral used on our website, direct mail, and other mediums is a plus.
• Stay up to date on the latest developments in email, direct mail, text/ phone marketing technology, policies, and best practices.

CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience and relevant (prefer Business, Finance, Marketing but not required) or equivalent and relevant work experience
• 1 year experience with bachelor’s degree or , high school diploma with relevant work experience
• Work experience can include: Admin Assistant, Operations, Marketing and Sales, Finance, leading prospecting campaigns, or call center experience.
• Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Strong to Advanced Excel experience – formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting (can be taught but must want to learn.
• Excel Macros and VBA a plus but not required

SOFT SKILLS

• Work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment with ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment while making independent decisions.
• Demonstrated team collaboration experience with great attitude.
• Must have excellent organizational skills analytical and detail oriented in all work activities.
• Excellent verbal communication and written skills, fluency in foreign language is a plus
• Ability to multi-task effectively with strong problem-solving skills
• Effectively communicate issues to Senior Management, and works well under pressure and within tight deadlines with no loss of accuracy

SCHEDULE:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
