Logistimax LLC is a small business in the OTR Freight Brokering industry based in the Carolinas.
Logistimax is looking to invest in one Freight Broker. Have you been a top performer in previous sales roles and still not been satisfied with your compensation? Logistimax moves products from manufacturers to the customers that consume them. Ever wonder how those eggs made their way onto the shelf at the grocery store? An Account Executive found the right carrier to get them there. Basically, you are negotiating all day to get food on the shelves for families to purchase. Think fast-paced and critical to our economy.
How you spend your days at Logistimax:
Converting prospects into customers
Negotiating rates between customers and carriers
Keep an exacting account of all freight in transit
The right candidate will:
Have a history of exceeding every previous target at work
Act with a high sense of urgency (food and freight cannot wait)
Be agile (things shift fast and you must be willing to learn and grow with speed)
Communicate effectively (in writing & over the phone)
Be a muti-tasker extraordinaire (you will often be handling multiple and competing priorities)
Be technically proficient
What you get in return:
Individual training with industry vets
Base pay ($52,000 year) and generous overall compensation with results ($87,500-$125,000 in first year)

Long term flexibility and earning potential (with success you can earn $200,000 and manage your schedule to meet your customer’s needs)
Consider applying if you are willing to put the time and effort into succeeding. This job will require full effort for a minimum of a year to build a book of business producing in excess of $150,000 per year.
