Job Description:

Ensure accountability, transparency, and effective communication cross-functionally and within his/her team while ensuring information is timely, clear, and accurate. He/she will foster a team ownership culture that ensures compliance with all Corporate and Local policies, procedures, and regulations. He/she must supply the highest level of both internal and external customer service within the workplace.

Job Duties:

· Maintain output and ensure quality while pulling and loading customer orders.

· Unload inbound shipments and transport to appropriate storage areas.

· Track work and adjust to meet changing requirements.

· Make sure what is needed for shipment each day is pulled and ready for shipment in advance.

· Maintain housekeeping, productivity, quality, and ensure safety.

· Foster an environment focused on Continuous Improvement.

· Establish workflow between associates, to optimize efficiency & productivity.

· Team based department.

Job Requirements:

· Exceptional work performance and attendance record is a must.

· Solid leadership skills; able to lead by example and effective communicating.

· Physically able to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment – manual dexterity, visual acuity and speed.

· Ability to follow specific written work instructions and record data and information.

· Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

· Lifting and moving of rolls is necessary.

· Forklift and Standing lift operating are required.

· Properly load and secure freight for transport to our customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.64 per hour
