-Facility Service Painting Inc. is a fast growing high demand professional painting and refinishing company based out of Munster IN. We pride ourselves on our ability to transform the homes and lives in our community, while also delivering a world class customer experience as well as employee service.

-Our refinishing department is experiencing a surge in growth and we need great people with a positive outlook, great attitude and a rockstar smile to join the team.

-The ideal candidate is punctual, honest, has a “sunny side” outlook, thorough in attention to detail and above all else, teachable.

-This could be a great position for someone who is already a painter but is not happy with their company. A skilled painter who is under appreciated where they are now. A painter looking for the next best thing. A painter that wants to work with a company that cares about the personal and work growth of their employees

-We would love for this position to grow into Project Manager or sales associate in the future. A little bit of initiative will take you a long way as we continue to grow.

This role includes regular paid company lunches, bonus opportunities, world class training from myself and some of the best in the industry.

The person filing this role should expect to make $18 - $30 with experience. Someone without experience would be starting at $16 per hour ,with many growth opportunities in the future…

Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour

Benefits:

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Overtime
