Job description
Head to Toe Salon and Spa is a well-established 37-year-old salon in Goodlettsville, TN that is looking for a hardworking and reliable Receptionist!
This is a part-time position, and we're looking for someone who is self-motivated, willing to learn, punctual, a team player, and has a knack for good customer service. This role is primarily responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, booking appointments, and checking customers out at the end of their visit. As the first person who clients interact with when entering or contacting our salon, excellent customer service is a must!
