Patient Care Coordinator
Job description
Established plastic and reconstructive surgery practice in prime Beverly Hills, is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator that can deliver compassion and sensitive care to our patients with white glove service. The Patient Care Coordinator is a sales consultant role and is responsible for patient relations pre and post-operatively and driving revenue goals for the practice.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for calling new leads, patients, and referrals.
- Follows up with existing and new patients to intake, understand transformational goals to match their desired results.
- Provides consultative information to prospective, new, and existing patients daily.
- Continuously builds and maintains patient relationships for retention.
- Independently and collaboratively solves patient relation concerns and understanding escalations to involve senior leadership.
- Ensures all guest questions and concerns are addressed professionally and resolved within 24-48 hours.
- Responsible for meeting individual productivity targets through lead conversion and booking rate by effectively communicating and demonstrating the unique value of the surgeon and company.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience meeting assigned productivity goals, preferably in plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology
- Strong closer in short sales cycle
- Computer proficiency is a must preferably with experience using practice management software and EMR systems.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must. This is a drama free zone. Team player mentality.
- Must work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Nice to Have But Not Must Have:
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Experience working with insurance
*Bonus pay and paid holidays after 90 day trial period.
