Physical Therapist- Full Time Salaried position

Who we are:

Mariners Physical Therapy, Inc is a Therapist Owned, Multi-Disciplinary Outpatient Physical Therapy Practice that has been serving Orange County for over 35 years ( LA county for 4 years.) We offer two locations in Orange County- Newport Beach and the South Coast Metro area, and two locations in South Pasadena.

Who we serve:

Our Mariners patients are like family to us, and many have been our patients for over 30 years. Our biggest referral source is by word of mouth. The caseload includes interesting complex orthopedics, post-operative management and sports medicine. We work with the leading Physicians and Medical Specialists throughout Orange County and Southern California. We also have the Student Athlete contract with UCI and work with high level collegiate athletes.

Professional, stable work environment with a comprehensive, team approach to manage orthopedic, sports and neurological injuries. In addition to a focus on manual therapy and diagnostics ( 40% of patients come to us as direct access) we have state of the art equipment to enhance our patient care- including the Alter G treadmill and Delphi Blood Flow Restriction Training.

Ideal candidates: Orthopedic Physical Therapist with advanced manual and diagnostic skills. We’re looking for a colleague to bring energy and creativity to our practice. Covid Vaccine required.

Compensation: competitive salary commensurate with years of PT experience ($83,000-$92,000) 401(k) matching, health and dental, PTO, continuing education, and extra incentive programs.

Mariners Physical Therapy is a credentialed clinical internship site through EXXAT (formerly IAACC) for credentialed clinicians interested in clinical education.'
