Il Pizzaiolo - North Hills (ilpizzaiolonorthhills.com) in Warrendale, PA is seeking a full-time experienced Pizza Maker.

Il Pizzaiolo is a popular modern Italian eatery with an open kitchen offering a classic Neapolitan menu with pizza & pasta dishes.

The ideal applicant is skilled at maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure, values teamwork, and works well with others.

Position:

• Pizza maker

Compensation:

• $18-24hourly
• Medical benefits

Schedule requirements:

• 40 hours weekly
• 5 days a week
• Mostly nights
• Weekend availability including Sundays

Language requirements:

• English

Experience:

• 1 year of previous experience working in a similar role in a high-volume casual/upscale casual restaurant
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Some experience with wood-fired ovens
• Some experience with pizza dough
• Staff training & motivation
