Required Skills - The Project Manager - Senior will have advanced knowledge of and experience using industry best practices to develop and manage multiple, complex information technology (IT) project plans and deliverables.

• Lead team(s) through alignment and tracking of various priorities
• Identify necessary resources to meet project goals
• Monitor appropriate metrics, adjusts and adapts to changes, communicate risk and opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an advanced ability to communicate effectively with teams and executives
• Solid understanding and/or experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles
• SAP experience preferred

General Deliverables

Daily Standup meeting

The Supplier shall attend daily Standup meetings and participate in discussions whole project team. The meetings shall be used to discuss issues or concerns, provide status on in-work items, and discuss the current sprint backlog of Change Requests, Bugs and Data Requests.

Release/Sprint planning

The Supplier will attend bi-weekly release/sprint planning meetings and will participate in discussions with the whole project team. The release/sprint planning meetings shall be used to discuss

• High level of story point ROM of the deliverables
• Requirements/Functional requirements documents
• Detailed estimate for the requirements identified

Release/sprint backlog items prioritization and requirement validation

Weekly Status Reporting

The Supplier shall provide a weekly status report to the Boeing Manager. The Weekly status report should contain sprint status and metrics, or other relevant information, to be reported.

Sprint Retrospective Meeting

The Supplier shall attend bi-weekly sprint retrospective meeting with the whole project team in attendance. The Bi-Weekly sprint retrospective meeting shall be used to provide a run-down of sprint activities, accomplishments, help needed and areas of improvement.

PI Planning, Demo, Retrospective

The Supplier shall attend all meetings required in support of a Program Increment (usually 12 week time frame) with the whole project team in attendance. The meetings shall be used to identify stories to be worked during the PI, provide a run-down of sprint activities, accomplishments, demonstrations, help needed and areas of improvement and report on PI progress.

Risk, Issue Investigation

Supplier shall investigate and monitor risks and issues affecting project performance as they are identified

Stakeholder Communication

Supplier shall communicate to stakeholders at the management level as necessary for decision making and information sharing

Process Management

Supplier shall ensure the teams operate in accordance with required processes and procedures for the Application Development and Sustainment (AD&S) processes

Production Release Process

The Supplier will follow the documented release process and attend any meetings related to a production release.

Specific Work Package Deliverables - Supplier will provide Project Management Services in support of Supply Chain Systems Governance Projects. Supplier Shall:

• Prepare project updates deck and present on project status to leadership weekly
• Maintain ITG plates (slide deck) and provide weekly updates
• Maintain activity reports and provide weekly email update
• Maintain FTE forecasting metrics for financial performance management
• Facilitate reoccurring working meetings with management
• Facilitate roadblock escalation meetings with cross-functional teams
• Document and maintain established project processes list and update project related processes and communication when new processes are established
• Host reoccurring project status and communication meetings with project stakeholders
• Coordinate discussion forums, provide agenda, capture and distribute meeting minutes for requirement identification and clarification

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $47,784.00 - $100,000.00 per year
