Candidate Requirements:

Pool Knowledge a must!

Prior Housekeeping experience a must!

Reliable transportation required.

Pass criminal background check.

HOUSEKEEPER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Focusing on detail cleaning an apartment for move in sweep, scrub, mop and polish floors
  • Vacuum carpet
  • Dust and polish
  • Clean metal fixtures and fittings
  • Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers
  • Wipe down all surfaces
  • Clean windows
  • Clean kitchen and all appliances thoroughly
  • Clean threshold, sliding door and widow tracks
  • Daily wipe down of all common areas including Offices, Fitness Center, etc...
  • Maintain cleanliness of Business Center, Clubhouse, Tech Lounge, Coffee Bar, Conference Room, Game Room, etc...

PORTER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily Grounds Detailing (ie...Remove Trash & Debris throughout Community)
  • Maintain Common Areas, Elevators, Pool Area, Dog Park & Pet Stations, BBQ & Picnic Areas, Courtyard, Fire Pit, Pavilion & Outdoor Kitchen, etc...
  • Maintain Resort-Style Pool (ie...Vacuum, Backwash, Check Chemicals, etc...)
  • Door to Door Trash Service
