As a Sr . Product Analyst, you will help develop and execute the strategy and vision for new initiatives, conduct market analysis and build business cases needed to support those initiatives. This position requires you to stay up to date on competitors in the market and key market trends. You will establish collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, create business cases and product design, while effectively managing all aspects of the project through launch. As such, this role requires a data-driven, detail-oriented, and organized professional who can work in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage cross-segment projects and initiatives that require problem solving, relationship building, influencing and analyzing
• Creates overall strategy for each new initiative and ensures it aligns to broader product strategy
• Completes a market analysis and develops business case for each new initiative
• Engages with key team stakeholders to solution & deploy initiative
• Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of new initiatives
• Creating success metrics
• Assist with development of new reports and QA of reports
• Monitors initiative progress & outcomes
• Provides recommendations on next steps based upon initiative outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of program/project management with experience in tracking, planning projects, and working with large datasets to make informed business decisions
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a matrix environment
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple demands and competing deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
