This candidate does not need to be registered.

Having fulfilled internship requirements to begin taking AREs is preferred.

Has had 5yrs min experience in Architectural Office.

Desire to work as a part of a small 2-4 member Arch Team.

Office currently utilizes PC Laptops with Autocad 2023 Software.

Familiarity of Google Workspace (G-Suite) Software (Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meeting, Google Docs, Sheets) a plus.

Strong knowledge of Commercial TI and New ground up Construction A MUST!

Excellent mastery of navigating international codes 2012-2021.

Confidence in researching and interpreting zoning ordinance for AZ Cities.

Familiarity with most Metro Phoenix municipalities: Buckeye, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Goodyear, Peoria, Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale, Surprise and Tempe, etc.

Focused on Commercial projects with some basic working knowledge of all all sectors: Retail, Restaurant, Light Medical, Office, Warehouse, Light Industrial, Automotive, Entertainment and Preschool.

Has the skill and discipline to follow, use, suggest, understand and contribute to the systems, software and processes necessary to allow the Firm to be successful.

Comfortable working alongside Sales, Financial and Construction Departments under the same roof to gain or give support towards common goal of a project.

Ability to identify and apply the occupancy classifications of Assembly, Business, Mercantile, Storage,

Enjoy assisting Small Business Owner Clients to open their physical locations.

Strong in project Feasibility, Cost Analysis, and Value Engineering.

Seeks to excel in budget, time allotment and tracking.

Compensation depends on experience and what candidate brings to the table. Bonuses added to base salary to achieve total annual compensation (by job performance milestones).

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
