Job description
We are looking to hire a Property Manager for a small apartment community in Lauderhill, FL,. This position is for immediate hire. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization, time management as well as be able to prioritize efficiently. We are looking for a person who is responsible, has exceptional customer services skills and is energetic. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 year working in the Property Management field, Association, etc. We are willing to train the right candidate that will be able to learn quickly and implement training in every day operations. Must be able to prioritize and delegate duties to the maintenance staff as well as working closely with vendors. This position has room for growth for the ideal candidate. Please do not apply if you are not comfortable supervising a team or maintenance technician.
