We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as a Commercial QA/QC Specialist! In this role you can expect to be coordinating and communicating with commercial and multifamily properties. A successful candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate quality control or quality assurance inspections to verify the completion of work scopes in accordance with program energy efficiency standards and client requirements. They will also encourage program participation by acting as a local program and company representative to customers and contractors.

• Conduct accurate quality control inspections to verify the completion of work scopes in accordance with program energy efficiency standards and client requirements
• Work in cooperation with other program allies to move projects forward and follow-up on leads
• Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers
• Accurately document findings, problems, or discrepancies found
• Track and enter all required program data in an accurate and timely manner
• Answers customer questions regarding inspection visits and program specifics
• Develop advanced technical knowledge in energy efficiency and building science

Exciting candidates have…

• 1-4 years of relevant experience in energy efficiency, or other relevant area
• High School Diploma or Associates degree preferred

Compensation Range:

$52,000-$55,000 / year

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.

Physical Nature of the Job

• Ability to stand for long periods of time, possibly on ladders
• Lift over 35 lbs. at times
• Work in all climates (i.e.hot attics, cold basements)
• Bending, crouching, kneeling
• Remain within the individual weight requirement of 250 lbs

Type of Work

This is not a work-from-home position; you will be in the field servicing commercial multifamily properties.

Driving

• Are at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Company vehicle is provided
