RealPage Administrator
The Lewis Group of Companies, one of the nation’s largest privately-held real estate developers, is actively seeking an experienced candidate for the position of RealPage Administrator.

As our RealPage Administrator, you will lead the implementation and maintenance of RealPage for our growing multi-family portfolio in California and Nevada. You will be a key-member of our Regional Property Management Team providing overall administration, troubleshooting and technical support for our property management RealPage software at the corporate and property level.
Some of your primary responsibilities will include:
- Proactively implement, manage, and/or improve the use of the RealPage system including Unified Platform, OneSite, ActiveBuilding, Yieldstar, Business Intelligence, Facilities, Budgeting, etc.
- Collaborate on a regular basis with internal resource teams, including but not limited to: Property Management Operations, Sales, Training, Accounting, Marketing, IT, Legal, and on-site employees
- Cultivate and maintain the partnership between Lewis and RealPage
- Ongoing management and enhancement of system settings and user configurations
- Execute the RealPage set up of new communities and conversions, including placing RealPage product orders and maintaining RealPage contracts
- Analyzing and troubleshooting data integration between software platforms
- Complete service tickets within the Help-Desk platform for RealPage associated tasks, as well as identify and resolve recurring issues
- Provide support to Training Department for ongoing initiatives relating to RealPage software systems
- Project manager and liaison to software vendors, including 3rd party consultants for special projects and integrations
- Proactively find opportunities for process improvement and system enhancement
- Address global system issues with RealPage and communicate resolution strategy and timelines to stakeholders
To be successful, you should have experience with all or most of these software responsibilities: RealPage, OneSite, LeasingDesk, Yieldstar, ActiveBuilding, Facilities Plus, Spherexx CRM: I Love Leasing, Apartment Commission Tracking.
Other qualifications to help you be successful:
- 3-5 years of hands-on knowledge of RealPage set-up and configuration.
- Minimum 5 years of residential property management experience.
- Superior computer skills, and an aptitude to quickly learn software programs. Database programming experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational & time-management skills, with a driven, independent, results-oriented work ethic.
- Superior written & verbal communication skills with an aptitude for constructively working with an array of personalities and professions.
- Established connections with RealPage support and consultants is preferred.
Note: Your office will be located in Upland, CA and occasional overnight travel will be required to Nevada or Northern California. Availability for weekend on-call support, minimum 2 weekends per month, is also required.
