Receptionist (Pediatric Practice)
Position: Temp Receptionist
Practice: Harrington Physician Services - Pediatric Practice
Location: 100 South Street, Medical Arts Building, Suite 102, Southbridge, MA 01550
Hours: 40 Hours
Days: Monday - Friday
Schedule: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Weekends: No Weekends
ONLY RELIABLE CANDIDATES should be submitted to this req. This facility needs a worker asap so please ensure candidates are fully engaged in this position, willing to complete the onboarding, and start as expected. Estimated start date is 6/12 but if cleared sooner the new hire can start sooner.
No Parking Fees, if we learn differently we will update
Submittals should include requested time off for duration of contract, candidate phone number, interview availability for 72-96 hours, and the PR requested (flexibility to go up to $25 depending on experience)

There is potential for this position to extend beyond the first contract or convert to perm based on good performance and reliable attendance

Job Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Support the practice by greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering telephone inquiries, maintaining records and accounts. Provides estimates for services when appropriate. Receives and processes patient financial liability payments for current and past balances.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 1 year of receptionist experience, preferably in a health care setting
Medi-Tech EMR exp very helpful
Basic computer knowledge
Spanish speaking candidates are highly preferred but not required

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
High school completion or GED

  • COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - No Exemptions

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
