HunaTek is seeking a
Recruiter to support our growing portfolio of companies and projects. You will join our shared services team, working closely with our project managers, company presidents, HR and contracts teams to recruit qualified talent for current projects and contingent hires for proposals.
Our ideal candidate has experience recruiting for positions that require government clearances, juggles multiple priorities well, and is flexible and ready to pitch in. Your work location must be in the U.S., but you can work remotely, in the Herndon office, or on a hybrid schedule.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Turn job descriptions into attractive, consistent and compliant job postings
- Use proactive recruiting techniques to identify suitable talent and build candidate pipelines
- Review resumes, call candidates to review initial information, and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Source potential candidates on specialized or niche platforms
- Maintain accurate documentation in our applicant tracking system
- Maintain OFCCP compliance
- Perform reference and background checks
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, 2+ years in the federal contracting space
- Excellent professional oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of OFCCP guidelines governing federal contractors
