Job Title: Recruiter


Reports to: Partner Group


Job Summary: The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and engaging candidates (students and experienced professionals) for internships and full-time positions. This is a hands-on role that requires travel to mostly Texas-based schools with some out of state travel.


Salary Range & Benefits: Commensurate with experience, standard firm benefits


Hours Required: 40 hrs + OT

Recruiting

  • Facilitate and manage all aspects of the recruiting process including phone screens, data collection, maintenance of the master resume and candidate information database, job postings, performing reference checks, collateral, events, interview scheduling, extending offers, and coordination of other related tasks.
  • Design, implement, and attend all on-campus recruiting events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, employees, recruiters, college and university officials, accounting organizations, alumni groups, etc.
  • Source talented candidates through a variety of means, including events, advertising, and databases.
  • Screens candidates, selects qualified and interested candidates for the interviewing phase, and schedules interviews. Oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Maintains applicant tracking software
  • Collaborates with the HR Generalist for onboarding and orientation process.
  • Collect and analyze data to compile recruitment reports and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain annual recruiting budget.
  • This role provides light administrative support.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following basic qualifications:

  • Exceptional networking abilities along with strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
  • Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of all candidate evaluation methods
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
  • Experience in general administrative functions

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience in a communications role, marketing, sales or recruiting whether it be through an internship or part time/full time position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs

Education and Licenses:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, marketing/sales or related field is highly preferred

Travel: Up to 25%

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at a time.
