Randstads Lexington branch is searching for a temporary (3 month assignment) recruiter to work five days a week in office. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates and recruiting sources

Work closely with the Recruiting Manager on projects including employment branding, sourcing analytics and others

Execute recruiting and advertising strategies to identify and attract top candidates

Placing the highest priority on sourcing, recruiting and hiring quality candidates, continuously striving to meet the goals set by assigned divisions

Professionally conduct staff interviews and recommend candidates for second interview with the designated interviewing manager in the department recruiting for the position

Assist with job fairs, onsite recruiting as needed

Provides weekly and monthly reporting on recruiting activities

Use applicant tracking system to manage recruiting workflow and communicate with applicants and hiring managers
