POSITION: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
TIME / STATUS: Full Time, 9am-3pm, no weekends or holidays.
LOCATION: Vacaville
COMPENSATION: $25-30/hour, depending on experience. Additional opportunities for performance based pay increases available.

EXPERIENCE: No experience working with adults required, will train!
OVERVIEW:
Our primary mission at Kreative Community Services (KCS) is to offer adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD) person-centered services and supports aiming to achieve community integration and the best quality of life possible. Our program is dedicated to enriching the lives of each individual through programming designed to realize their potential while recognizing their unique needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Registered Behavior Technician ® (RBT) certification.
- Covid-19 vaccine and booster or valid exemption REQUIRED.
- A high school degree, GED, or certificate of completion.
- A minimum of 18 years of age.
- Criminal record (background check) clearance required.
- Medical clearance and negative TB test required.
- Possess a valid Driver License and be willing to transport participants in personal vehicle (mileage paid).
- Maintain personal vehicle insurance coverage of $100k (required to be covered under KCS insurance).
- Authorization to work in the US.
- Fluent in English.
- Willing to learn.
- Comfortable utilizing various technology and software.
- Commitment to regular and timely attendance.
JOB DUTIES:
Service Provision
- Provide direct care for individuals with disabilities.
- Assist individuals with service and support needs.
- Monitor individual progress and ensure health and safety.
- Provide necessary physical assistance as needed to Individuals.
- Implement Service and Support Plans as trained to teach new skills and provide behavioral intervention within the community.
- Encourage individuals to express their preferences, make choices, and maximize their skills.
Training/Certifications
- Maintain required training/documentation (CPR, First Aid, etc).
- Attend training/team meetings.
- Attend weekly RBT ® supervision to maintain RBT credential.
Program Coordination
- Complete and submit required paperwork.
- Follow KCS policies and procedures.
Safety
- Ensure the health and safety of all clients by adhering to standard procedures.
