Registered Nurse - (RN) Home Health

What We Offer our RNs (Registered Nurse):

• Competitive pay (Pay is visit based approx. $40.00 an hour)
• PRN/W2 employment with weekly pay and direct deposit
• Flexible schedule
• Holiday pay (holidays including Mothers Day and the day after Thanksgiving when shifts are worked)

RN (Registered Nurse) Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care with little supervision
• Provide thoughtful care to clients/patient based on personalized Plan of Care in a home car setting.
• Monitor and track changes in the client/patient’s conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed
• Proactively updates client/patients’ family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns

RN (Registered Nurse) Requirements:

• Current unrestricted RN (Registered Nurse) Florida license
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Minimum one (1) year of documented experience in a home health agency preferred.
• Strong clinical skills; Analytic/Critical thinker.
• CPR, and Level II background required

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively.

Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
