- Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Employee Development
- Staff Training & Education
- Labor Cost Controls
- Staff Scheduling
- POS System Management (Toast, Aloha, MICROS, etc.)
- Reservation Management (Open Table, Resy, etc.)
- Beverage Management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Minimum of 2 years of full service restaurant management experience required.
