How You’ll Contribute
Our Sales Development Representative is an integral member of our growing marketing and sales team. This person is skilled at identifying and nurturing strategic relationships with partners or potential customers. Through direct or indirect outreach and customer prospecting, they will assist our growth team in the development of a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
What You Will Do
- Work with marketing and sales teams, as well as our various business units, to implement business development initiatives and best practices
- Lead Generation + lead management
- Assist with market analysis and customer engagement/retention strategies
- Utilize Salesforce to track and report lead generation and outreach
- Embrace our culture of service and seek to build lasting relationships with potential members
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a lead generations, sales or business development role
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a can-do attitude
- A passion for social impact initiatives and serving customers
- Relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRMs, especially Salesforce, a bonus
