We are hiring a bilingual Rockstar Office Manager for our Dental Office in Waukegan.
This job listing doesn't require any dental experience as long as you have at least 5 years of Manager experience in other fields. We will train you on site. Paid training.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for administering the day-to-day activities of the business office, including: patient and employee relations; staff interviewing/dismissal; sales and management of marketing and communications efforts; ensuring regulatory compliance; staff training and motivation. Assist the dentist with other tasks as assigned.
Compensation includes base pay plus bonus. Long term position.
