Job Description
The School Based Career Coach is responsible for providing vocational and life skills for high school students enrolled in Pre-Employment Transition Services.
- Assist students with creating post-graduation goals and plans.
- Provide support and encouragement through career coach services.
- Maintain and document referrals, student outcomes, and project success.
- Serve as a positive influence through behaviors, attitudes, and actions.
- Maintain great communication and professional relationships with clients, family members, teaching staff and co-workers.
What we ask of you:
Must be at least 18 years or older
Associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, SPEA, Education, or a related field (Preferred) High School Diploma (Required)
Driver’s license (Required)
Good Communicator, Dependable, and Compassionate!
