The Senior Graphic Designer is an integral part of the in-house creative team and reports to The Head of Creative. Must exude leadership qualities, an ability to think outside the box, strong organizational skills and a desire to collaborate with .

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

Creative & Production Functions

• Lead the creative development on multiple projects simultaneously
• Develop impactful creative programs that adhere to brand standards
• Develop conceptual sketches, visual mock-ups + storyboards to communicate design ideas
• Embrace daily challenges and be resourceful in solving problems
• Develop a deep knowledge of the MABI brand + the beer category to apply across all work
• Give and receive feedback generously, while advocating for quality
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Lead brainstorms with the Marketing Team to develop new ideas
• Organize content to be used within/across all brand channels
• Lead effective client presentations that create excitement and demonstrate how the creative delivers on the strategy
• Be resourceful; leverage existing assets when appropriate
• Proactively ideate entrepreneurial ideas to push brand boundaries and innovation

Administrative & Logistical Functions

• Work daily with Project Manager to ensure deliverables + deadlines are met within budget
• Assign and manage workload to other designers when necessary
• Organize creative assets for usage across the marketing department

Skills, Education, & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Art, Communications, Design, Animation or applicable field
• 5+ years of professional experience at an agency or in-house creative team
• Highly creative, self-motivated, self-sufficient, organized, strong attention to detail
• Ability and willingness to manage several large-scale projects simultaneously
• Presentation skills and ability to communicate creative decisions are a must
• Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
• Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint
• Animation skills and knowledge of After Effects is a plus
• Experience with e-comm, social and video platforms
• Strong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skills
• Experience sending print-ready production files directly to vendors
