Our Senior Internal Auditors work directly with our senior management team to keep our business on track. Put your analytical skills to work and take ownership of projects as you assess our business and gain exposure to key members of the NVR team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Independently perform business unit and special investigation audits and analyze findings
• Develop solutions and communicate recommendations to operations management
• Assess and respond to emerging ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) trends and requirements
• Train and supervise junior auditors and get involved with recruiting efforts for new auditors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 2+ years progressive work experience, preferably with a “Big Four” or large regional public accounting firm
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to travel ~15% of the time
• Experience in reviewing observations with senior management is a plus
