The company builds equity in the job search process empowering those to land meaningful jobs. The program is free of cost up front and customers pay once they're hired.

THE ROLE

As Senior Data Analyst - Product, you'll work across a variety of data engineering and analytics domains. You'll work cross-functionally to identify and execute opportunities where data-driven insights result in company wide impact. You'll have the opportunity to work on everything from conducting analysis on identifying key program metrics to improve job-seekers, driving key technical decisions, to managing and coaching other data contributors.

You can expect to be doing the following:

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify, define, and clarify business requirements, translate those needs into efficient reports aligning with standard methodologies and provide data driven insight
• Work with the platform team such as Product Managers, Software Engineering, to help define and execute technical requirements: collection, modeling, and reporting
• Provide analysis and insights to support product design and business strategy decisions
• Define technical unites of work for 1-2 data contributors and manage those initiatives to success
• Develop and execute strategies to ensure data quality
• Contribute to documentation, QA, and organization of analytics tools
• Connect the data back to the business metrics and story tell the impact on customers and the business

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 6+ years' experience leveraging descriptive data techniques for a product and growth team or the like
• Experience with SQL and Python
• Experience with BI and Product Analytics tools like Metabase and Mixpanel
• A prior focus on feature and usage metrics, funnel analysis, conversion and retention, and segmentation metrics
• Proven track record of uncovering data insights to form hypothesis, designing product experiments, evaluating results, and making recommendations

• Experience with tools in the current data stack (DBT, Fivetran, BigQuery, Segment, Metabase, Mixpanel)
• Front end development proficiency and web development skills
• Experience with forecasting and predictive analytics
