Koch's Turkey Farm, based near Tamaqua, PA, is a leader in all-natural and organic turkey production. Since 1939, our farming practices have created the highest quality turkey products and drive the creation of a better experience for our customers, team members, and community.

The Shipping Team Member is responsible for the safe and thorough execution of the Company's shipping and receiving functions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ability to work in a cooler/freezer, and poultry production plant
• Ability to lift and stack boxes up to 70lbs
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments at one time
• Ability to drive electric pallet jacks and forklifts
• Ability to oversee and manage the seasonal boxing team and production line. (up to 10 seasonal employees)
• Complete daily order fulfillment in timely manner
• Willing to learn to jockey trucks and trailers
• Maintain dock safety and housekeeping (SQF standards)
• Be an active member of the safety committee
• Assist in Inventory Management
• Able to work with the Sales & Operations Team
