Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Assist customers with product selection, providing recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Stock and replenish shelves, ensuring inventory levels are well-maintained.
• Assist with receiving and processing shipments of new products.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies to management.
• Participate in store events, tastings, and promotions, engaging with customers to create memorable experiences.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to attract and engage customers.
• Provide support to store management with administrative tasks as needed.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by providing feedback and suggestions for store enhancements.

Requirements and Preferred Skills:

• Driver's License REQUIRED
• Must be of legal age to sell and handle alcoholic beverages 21+ REQUIRED
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge or interest in alcoholic beverages is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, as well as stand for extended periods.
• Basic math and computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Strong work ethic.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $8.19 - $12.26 per hour
