Sipsy is retail liquor shop and online Liquor Store. We are looking for a team lead/supervisor for the our newest location in East Hollywood (K-town adjacent)

Pay is $17-$20 per hour based on experience.

We are looking for someone who has experience in a supervisory role, can handle a fast-paced environment and can work independently. This is our third location and we are quickly expanding throughout Southern California so if you are ready to learn and grow fast with a company, join our team!

Duties include:

• Opening/closing store
• Supervising team members and ensuring all work gets completed during shift
• Providing great customer service to customers, assisting with product selection and check out
• Stocking and re-stocking shelves when necessary
• Keeping the store clean and organized
• Handeling online orders
• Taking in inventory orders
• Closing out the registers for the day
• Assigning tasks to team members
• Training, guiding, and providing feedback to team members
• Working closely with leadership to improve store performance

Previous supervisory experience is required.

Previous liquor sales experience is a plus, but not required. We will train you.

This is a fulltime position and will require you to work nights and weekends.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
