RSM is growing and hiring a Tech Support Specialist.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Possess the troubleshooting and resolution skills required to address hardware and software problems on computer systems and other supported hardware (printers, VOIP phones, IP cameras, projectors, etc.
• Resolving technical requests from RSM Offices received via emails, ticketing system, and phone calls as required
• Managing company's VOIP phone system
• Tracking/resolving calls from the company ticketing system as required
• Working with 3rd party vendors – copy machines, VoIP phones system, Internet providers as required
• Provide Live Chat Support to RSM Offices, Teachers and Students to troubleshoot technical problems.
• Creating/maintaining servers backups, restoring data Desktop and Server hardware and software installation, diagnostics, configuration, and repair
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree required in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technical field
• Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous priorities
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to achieve results without close supervision
• Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently and also has the strong desire to work as a member of a team
• Demonstrated practical, hands-on, “can-do” approach, and the ability to work efficiently and creatively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility with schedule and ability to work beyond regular business hours
