Covenant Sex Therapy is looking for a receptionist/scheduler. The expectation is that this position will morph into our office manager once our current manager has retired.

Our office specializes in sex therapy. We prefer someone who is very passionate about mental health and comfortable talking about sex.

Requirements:

- must be available between 9-5pm 2-3 days a week to start, with other flexibility on days to do occasional additional work as needed

- must be confident talking on the phone, especially about sensitive topics like sex and trauma/abuse

- must be comfortable being direct, and express thoughts and opinions to better the company. Clear communication

- must be self motivated and self directed

- ability to manage people in numerous different roles

- comfortable taking charge, training, and on boarding

- ability to foster a sense of loyalty for the company

- must have a reliable car, phone, computer, and WIFI

Starting pay $13/14 DOE, with incremental raises as you grow with responsibilities.
