Job Summary

At Nichols Tile and Terrazzo, we want to provide a future for all our employees through quality tile installations that our clients can be proud of.

We have a great team of installers and each one of them is needing someone reliable to help them get the job done.

Our entry pay scale for a helper/laborer ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, paid weekly by check or direct deposit.

We need someone with a valid drivers license and/or reliable transportation to jobsites in Davidson and surrounding counties.

Responsibilities and Duties

Individual responsibilities include (not limited to) a role in the installation of ceramic, stone, and glass tiles. We sweep, carry buckets of water, carry boxes of tile, safely operate handheld and stationary machinery, prepare substrates, layout areas to be installed, cut tile, place tile, mix thinset and grout, grout tile, wash tile, clean buckets, clean equipment, clean tools, maintain equipment, follow directions, work as a team, represent the team, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
