As the transaction coordinator, you will help Shango Distribution focus strategically on its current areas of responsibility in Metrc, the state's regulatory system for internal and external cannabis product sales. The Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for handling large transaction volumes in addition to working directly with Wholesale Associate(s), Operations Manager, Retail Purchasing Manager and Sales Department. Success will require an understanding of Shango Moreno Valley’s operations across multiple divisions, strong working relationships with internal and external partners, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, state regulatory charging environment. Experience with LeafLogix is strongly preferred.
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Coordinate and manage the successful completion of all internal and external wholesale orders.

• Daily preparation of incoming sales orders.

• Revisal and correction of orders.

• Assist the Wholesale Associate(s) in implementing the facility’s community-focused marketing and outreach efforts.

• Aggressively apply his or her talent, education and experience to ensure that every opportunity is taken to improve the sales performance and positive community image of the company.

• Keep open communication with other departments.

• Administrative filing.

• Communicate with and arrange payment for third-party distributors, when applicable.

• Counting and preparing orders submitted by the Retail Purchasing Manager and/or Wholesale Associates prior to scheduling with Shango’s Distribution channels.

• Keeps strong communication with internal distribution channels through coordinating drivers, dates and times for wholesale order deliveries.

• Communicate with other departments to assess product availability for orders and fulfilment.

• Work directly with the Administrative team for the final invoicing.

• Work with state required seed-to-sale systems to ensure regulation requirements are met as each order exits the facility.

• Organize and manage all paperwork associated with transactions.

• Continuous update on any and all sales platforms; alongside, maintaining a live menu to Wholesale Associate(s).

• Perform any additional duties deemed necessary by management.

PAY PLAN ELEMENTS:

• $19 - $21 hourly
• Hourly wage based on experience.
• Performance reviews are conducted annually.

• Proficiency in developing professional reports, spreadsheets, newsletters, and online content using Microsoft Office Suite and WordPress.

• Work closely with the Shango marketing team in conjunction to press releases, informational articles and material needs for wholesale pop-ups.

• Ability and willingness to learn and work within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
