Pacific Fishing & Supply, Inc. has an immediate opening to help with our warehousing operations. We are a local, family-owned business that has been operating in Hawaii for more than 25 years. We are looking for responsible, energetic, and reliable individuals to join our team.
Job Description:
- Responsible for greeting and assisting each customer. Vietnamese-Bilingual preferred for a client base of primarily Vietnamese-speaking clients
- Answer phone calls, take orders, take messages, and forward messages to the appropriate parties
- Input sales orders and present it to warehouse staff for picking
- Collect payment for customer orders
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and warehouse workers
- Able to organize, prioritize, communicate and manage workload effectively and efficiently
- Assist with other duties and responsibilities as required by the business or management
