Calling out Waiters/Waitresses to join us on The Thyme Machine (www.thymemachinecafe.com)

*Musts*
- Have a valid driving license
- Work Night shifts
- Can Lift heavy containers

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers as they come in/approach the truck
- Explain how various menu items are prepared and describe ingredients used
- Take food and/or beverages orders from customers
- Prepare and/or help in preparing the food and/or beverages after mastering the recipes (Very simple recipes)
- Prepare and/or help in daily prep (Squeezing fruits, pre-mixing..)
- Serve order to customers
- Handle payments (No Cash)
- Drive around as needed (Vehicle Provided)
- Make necessary maintenance checks for the vehicles
- Update checklist for vehicles
- Update checklist for food inventory

Requirements:

- Preferably living in Brickell or around (walking distance to work)
- Valid Driving license
- Working hours: 10 hours/day
- Preferred working hours: Night Shifts
- Experience in preparing and serving food and/or beverages (coffee, tea, smoothies)
- Professional and friendly
- Work closely with other staff members and be a team player
- Effective communication skills with customers and staff

- Starting Basic Salary: $10/hour (Up to $17/Hour with Tips)
- Bonus depending on sales volume driven and customer satisfaction
