Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:

Manages the inbound and outbound flow of products.

Warehouse Worker Job Duties:

• Significant forklift experience and skills required.
• Prepares customer orders for shipment by processing shipping requests; pulling materials; packing boxes; preparing bills of lading and staging orders in the delivery area.
• Communicates with customers in order to understand and maintain requested shipping and arrival dates.
• Maintains inventory controls by conducting cycle counts and slotting inbound inventory.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. 'Five S' mentality.
• Completes reports by entering required information.
• Maintains technical product knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Logistics Associate Skills and Qualifications:

Forklift trained, Bills of Lading, WMS/ERP (NetSuite), Teamwork, Coordination, Organization, Planning, Time Management, Reporting Skills, Inventory Control, Documentation Skills, Equipment Maintenance, Data Entry Skills, Dependability
