Northern Radiator, a 100% EMPLOYEE-OWNED COMPANY, is currently seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Shipping Coordinator at our headquarters in Willmar, Minnesota. This full-time Warehouse Shipping Coordinator will assist the Warehouse Manager with the operation of the shipping department to ensure that all aspects of shipping and warehousing are completed in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.

Hours are Monday- Friday 8:00am - 5:00 pm. No nights or Weekends!

Additional Duties:

• Assist the Warehouse Manager to ensure that all shipping is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Instruct and direct shipping staff of all shipping procedures including the accurate picking and filling of customer orders, and proper packing of all order types.
• Create bills of lading, and other shipping documents. Train staff members on these processes.
• Investigate and resolve any shipping issues.
• Read customer orders and shipping orders to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, and shipped. Process customer payment.
• Complete all aspects of shipping and receiving for the warehouse. Unload and load trucks, check in products; verify contents of shipment against receiving/purchase order.

Qualifications:

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills with excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented, accurate, and have strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Coordinate and oversee outbound or inbound product deliveries with customer service, warehouse staff drivers, customer and delivery vehicles to maximize efficiency.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Successful in dealing with customer and company personnel at all levels. Maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Ability to receive and count items to complete inventory cycle count in a timely and accurate fashion.
