We recruit for a high-end factory, located in Palm Springs, Fl.
Warehouse Supervisor
Primary Responsibilities
· Enforce all safety and processing procedures
· Enable effective communications between management and operators
· Train new employees and coach existing employees
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Two (2) years of experience supervising.
· Experience and ability to interact and work in a multicultural environment
· Ability to motivate others to meet demands established by the schedule
· Basic understanding of computers and data entry
· Good oral and written communication skills
· Basic math skills - (Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
