Willow Consultant
Our direct client has a need for a Willow consultant to come onboard and help support the Willow Inpatient (and Willow Ambulatory if certified) application. The analyst will need to be certified in Willow Inpatient at a minimum. Anyone with both Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory will be a top candidate. We are looking for an experienced analyst with at least 5 years of experience building in the Willow Inpatient application (2 years in Willow Ambulatory as well would be great).

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:

  • High School Diploma, Required
  • Bachelor's Degree, Preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum three years relevant information experience required

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

  • 3-5 years of being certified in Willow Inpatient

Additional Skills Required

  • Proficient with workflows, application product function, design and build expertise.
  • Strong analytical skills for new functions, problem resolution and support of the application product.
  • Proficient in ITS processes to include but not limited to analysis, design, build, and testing and change control.
  • Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Leadership: Ability to take complex assignments and successfully complete in a timely fashion with minimal to no supervision required. Able to prioritize and triage workload to meet timelines. Completes on call responsibilities as assigned. Shows full ownership and accountability for simple to complex assignments from start to finish. Strong change advocate for the organization, showing flexibility as priorities change. Readily mentors and assists as needed without being asked. Key resource to other team members and other teams, keeping the patient at the center of focus for all tasks.
  • Quality Improvement: May represent team in testing, implementations, and upgrades. Performs peer review for team member changes to ensure change control processes are followed.
  • Communication: Coordinates implementation of new and revised functions with all ITS personnel, vendors, consultants and customers. Strong relationship management skills that include excellent listening and consultative abilities. Establishes credible relationships with business partners to drive change. Effective interpersonal skills with team members and customers

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $50.00 - $80.00 per hour
