Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience
- Current CNA certification in Illinois is preferred but not required
- High school degree
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Can pass a criminal background check.
- Reliable and preferably have own transportation.
- Ability to deal tactfully and professionally with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, agencies the and general public
- Flexible availability to work with our client's schedules and care needs
- Reliable and show dedication, empathy, and patience to our client's needs
