Description:
Works together with the other restaurant leaders in order to accomplish the Owner/Operators vision for the restaurant. This position oversees administrative tasks related to vendor management, tracking, reporting, organizing, and filing restaurant documents. They also work closely in assisting the general manager. This is a 25-40 hour position.

Admin Role Outcomes:
- Leads the team in their area of the business
- Partners with the Franchise Owner/Operator
- Practices cost efficiency for food, condiments, and paper items to ensure a profitable business
- Ensures customer satisfaction at all times
- Engages in immediate problem resolution and short-term plans to correct critical issues
- Drives financial performance and provides feedback to leadership and suggest operational actions required to achieve financial targets
